TravisFlex Document & Claim Storage Module (DCS)
Third-Party Administrators and other cafeteria plan outsourcing firms have often struggled with the reams of paper that must be stored in order to properly administer flexible benefit plans. Completed Enrollment Forms, Claim Forms, Claim Denial Letters and other correspondence are filed away daily and referred to frequently, causing a paperwork nightmare for administrators and taking up valuable storage space in your offices.
Travis has the answer in the new TravisFlex Document & Claim Storage Module! With the addition of this module, TravisFlex clients can automatically store outgoing correspondence including letters and claim checks or EOBs. Additionally, the DCS Module has an import function that allows users to scan received Enrollment Forms, Claim Denial Appeals and even Claim Forms. In fact, the Claim Form Import function allows an administrator to scan in a claim form and view it at the same time they are entering the data from the form, allowing administrators to enter the claim and file it faster than they ever were able to do before!
This Document & Claim Storage Module allows easy, quick access to any of the stored documents. All documents stored can be retrieved and reprinted easily from the Employee Search Screen and individual documents are also available from other, relevant screens (i.e. imported Claim Forms from the Claim Entry menu, Checks & EOBs from the Check Maintenance Screen, etc.).
