Employees can view balance information and check the status of both prior year and current year claims. By directing more employees to the TravisFlex Internet Access Module, administrators can reduce the number of phone calls your customer service representatives receive.
Employer Self Service
The Employer Self Service Module provides your clients with 24/7 access to adding new employees and uploading forms and documents for the employee.With the Employer Self Service Module employers have the ability to enter employees including personal data, benefit plan assignments and payroll deductions. Administrators can reduce phone calls by providing forms and documents online for employees to download.
