A Complete System
Enrollment Process
The system is capable of printing Pre-Election Enrollment Forms to aid in the benefit enrollment and re-enrollment process, and prints a benefit verification form confirming the elections made by employees. If benefit credits have been calculated for an employee, the system will automatically compare the credits to employee plan elections and report to the user or employee the net cost of benefits selected.
Check Reimbursement
The system has a check writing function that is adaptable to virtually any type of check stock and can print reimbursement checks to Employees and Healthcare Providers. TravisFlex also has Evolution and Smartflex debit card interfaces available, as well as interfaces to several other debit cards.
TravisFlex Internet Access Module
TravisFlex Internet Access Module is a separately delivered module that operates on the user's website and allows employees participating in an employer's flexible benefit or cafeteria plan to enroll in benefits, check their account balances and activity as well as perform other "employee self-service" activities, like claim form submission.
Users of TravisFlex who install TravisFlex Internet Access Module will find that it interfaces seamlessly with their TravisFlex Administration System, uploading and downloading data automatically so that data files reviewed by employees are always up-to-date.
