Document Storage and Retrieval Module
In addition to tracking which letters and invoices are printed and when, the available Document Storage and Retrieval Module allows administrators to keep a complete, digital, record of all outgoing and incoming correspondence. This module automatically images every letter, coupon, and invoice printed by the system and allows administrators to scan in letters and forms sent by the participants, eliminating the need to file copies of correspondence.
A Complete System
TravisBilling, TBILL, is designed around an automatic processing engine that prints any notice and can be set to automatically terminate participants for non-payment
of premiums. TBILL uses a classification system to allow different rules for different populations of retirees or direct billing employees. TravisBilling tracks benefit additions, drops, and changes throughout time and maintains a complete audit record of all correspondence and actions taken. The system is capable of printing either coupon sets or monthly premium notices and also allows the administrator to modify any letter or notice it produces.
