TravisFlex Report Builder Now Deliverable, Available at Special Iintroductory Offer Price

Travis Software is delighted to announce that it has begun deliveries of its newest product, an addition to the TravisFlex family of systems known as the TravisFlex ReportBuilder, which allows users of the Company's "TravisFlex" Cafeteria Plan Administration System to produce printed reports and data files, such as Excel files, of their own format and choosing, over and above the standard reports produced by the system.

Travis is making an Introductory Special Price Offer for the TravisFlex ReportBuilder during May and June, 2002. TravisFlex's ReportBuilder, which will regularly priced at $1,995 after July 30th, is being offered at $995 during May, 2002 and $1,395 during June, 2002.

free Demonstration Version of the system, capable of letting prospective users actually print a custom report using the ReportBuilder, is now available from Travis. The Demonstration Version is designed to let users see the power and capability of the system prior to making the decision to license the TravisFlex ReportBuilder.

Users of TravisFlex for Windows and TravisFlex/CS (Client-Server) will be able to utilize the TravisFlex ReportBuilder to generate printed reports and data files of formats of their choosing. The ReportBuilder is designed to be used by system operators, rather than require use by programmers. Unlike other custom report writers, it does not require Information Technology expertise in order to be used. It's simple!

Fifteen of the fifty standard reports presently contained in TravisFlex for Windows and TravisFlex/CS are included with the ReportBuilder, allowing users to modify those reports easily. For example, users who want to add a column to the Benefit Plan Assignment Report will be able to do so without having to start from the beginning. Rather, they will be able to simply add the column to the existing report in order to create the custom report.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data file formats, such as those potentially required by HIPAA requirements, can be easily accommodated by the ReportBuilder, using the custom data file capability.

Travis will support the ReportBuilder for those users who continue to subscribe to the Support and Update Plan for their underlying copy of TravisFlex for Windows or TravisFlex/CS, and will do so at no charge. As long as the annual support fee is paid for the copy of TravisFlex for Windows or TravisFlex/CS that the customer has licensed, support and updates for the TravisFlex ReportBuilder will be provided at no charge.

The TravisFlex ReportBuilder is the first in a series of ReportBuilder products to be released by Travis during 2002. The TravisCobra ReportBuilder, which will have similar report and data file generation capabilities, will be released during late Spring, 2002, and ReportBuilders for Travis' RBILL and GBILL systems will be released by the end of the year.
