Form 5500 for Year 2001 Now Available in the New Release of TravisFlex

TravisFlex Release 6.742, the latest version of the system which includes the capability of generating Year 2001 Form 5500 and its associated welfare-plan schedules (A,C,D,F,G,H and I, depending on type of plan), is now available for shipment to system users.

The new version will be shipped at no charge to all TravisFlex users who are current subscribers to the Support and Update Plan for TravisFlex.

Because we cannot ship the upgrade to all 800 TravisFlex users at once, we're asking once again this year for those users who need to receive the upgrade immediately to respond to this email saying that you need the new version quickly. If you respond to the email letting us know you need the upgrade immediately, we'll ship your upgrade within 72 hours of receiving your email.

Users who do not respond to this email will still receive their TravisFlex Release 6.742 during June, 2002.

We're delighted to be able to bring you the new release at this time, particularly since the DOL only finalized the Year 2001 Form 5500 specifications in late April.

By way of updating, we are on track for adding the Defined-Contribution "Healthcare Spending" account to TravisFlex, as well as the ability to email Explanation of Benefit (EOB) forms, in a release scheduled to be out this Summer. That release will also be delivered at no charge to subscribers of the Support and Update Plan for TravisFlex.
