A New Way to Receive Support on Your Travis System!

Effective tomorrow, March 19, 2003, Travis is expanding the ways in which you can receive support on your TravisCobra, TravisFlex, RBILL or GBILL systems. We're using "Live Chat" support via the Internet.

Those of you who have used this type of support for other products or services may recognize that it is a great way to get the information you need without requiring 100% of your attention or making you hold on the telephone. A Travis Support Representative will be dedicated full-time to the Live Chat support desk and will be able to provide you with immediate answers to your questions and support issues from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. through 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time. After we have provided LiveHelp for a short while we will expand the hours to include the same hours Travis telephone support is currently available, 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Central Time.
