New TravisCobra End of Month Reporting Module

In late 2001 Travis' software developers began work on a new module designed to radically change and improve the way reports were produced from TravisCobra. The original idea for the module was to give users the ability to select the reports to be produced at the end of each month, with each client in a multi-employer environment able to have a unique set of reports produced for them. These reports would then be generated all at one time with each client's reports coming out together, eliminating the need for collating the reports.

During the development process we expanded the concept of the module to include calculating client fees and disbursing the Cobra premiums collected during the month to either clients or carriers.

We also wanted to let you decide whether to print or email the reports!

We've added some reports found only in the Module and have changed the appearance of the standard system reports when we moved them into the Module, printing them in landscape format rather than portrait and updating the standard font to make them easier to read, more like spreadsheet-based reports.

The Module is optional, as it may have more appeal to TPAs and other Cobra administrators rather than our single-employer system users. However, we're making an introductory special offer as part of this announcement which will bring the EOM Module to you for a modest one-time fee.

The Module is at the introductory price of $995, which is one-half of what it will cost after the special offer period closes at the end of July. Support and update fees will NOT increase because you have the EOM Module - as long as you continue to subscribe to the Support and Update Plan for your copy of TravisCobra, we will add to and update the EOM Module as part of your support subscription.
