Travis Announces Special Offer on Smartflex Interface

Houston, TX -- July 19, 2004 --In March of 2004, Travis and Motivano announced a new partnership that would allow us to offer the SmartFlex prepaid card to our TravisFlex clients with as few barriers to entry as possible. We are happy to report that as of August 1, 2004, we will have cards ready to be placed with our clients. To inaugurate the closer association between SmartFlex and Travis, we are looking to further lower the cost of entry for Administrators ready to offer a high-quality debit card solution to their clients by reducing the License Fee for the TravisFlex/SmartFlex Interface for a limited time.

Travis Software first developed its interface to Motivano's SureTrak system in 2002 and since then has licensed the interface to many new and existing TravisFlex clients. This Interface allows both participant and claim data to be transferred back and forth between the Travis system and SureTrak. This keeps individual claim and account balance information identical in both systems, removing the need for any re-keying of data.

The new "Co-Branding" arrangement between Travis and Motivano will allow Travis clients to begin using the SmartFlex prepaid card with as few as 50 participants and will eliminate the Setup Fee charged by Mativano to begin using the card. The only up-front cost would be the License Fee for the Interface.

From now until August 13,2004, the TravisFlex/SmartFlex Interface will license for $2,500. From August 13th through August 31, 2004, the Interface will be discounted to $3,000, after which time it will revert to its original price of $3,500.
