Travis Software Releases WebCOBRA.com's July '05 Release, with Enhanced Third Party Administrative Features

Houston, TX -- July 22, 2005 -- Travis Software Corp., a market leader of Advanced Employee Benefits Software Administration and provider of the WebCOBRA.com system, announced today the availability of WebCOBRA.com's July '05 Release, with several enhanced features including Dynamic Demo Data.

With this newly enhanced version, WebCOBRA.com adds one of the most unique enhancements yet, Dynamic Demo Data. Dynamic Demo Data is a sales and marketing tool for Third Party Administrators (TPA) using WebCOBRA.com. This feature allows for the automatic creation of random data for the purpose of giving TPAs the ability to show their potential clients how a fully functioning system will look and act. TPAs can show their prospect letters that are waiting to be printed and because Dynamic Demo Data can be created with Qualified Beneficiaries (QB) in different statuses, the prospect will be able to see letters ranging from Election Notices to Coupons or Notices to Coverage Termination Letters.

"Dynamic Demo Data is an invaluable tool that our Third Party Administrator customers find extremely beneficial," says Alan H. Williams, founder and President of Travis Software Corp. "Our users are excited about the ability to instantly show their potential clients how the system they are using will benefit the client in addition to the client's employees and QBs thereby reducing the number of calls they receive."

Upon the creation of Dynamic Demo Data, TPAs can demonstrate how a client can log into the system and view the employees, QBs and the status of their records. Real-time reports can be run immediately showing information ranging from enrollment status to payment history. In addition, TPAs can demonstrate how the QB can log in and see their own record to perform address changes, see their status, as well as see if their payments have been received.

The reason Dynamic Demo Data is so useful is because in a few easy steps the system will create as many random QBs or Employees as the user would like. Some of the choices that are available when creating the Demo Data are the name of the potential client, the number of participants, the status of the participants, and the zip code. WebCOBRA.com does the rest for the user including creating letters instantly.

"Dynamic Demo Data is a great tool for our TPA customers simply because it creates an entirely fictional, yet completely plausible reality, complete with personnel working at the prospective Client and Insurance Carrier within the system at the click of a button", adds Williams.

The July '05 release includes over 50 other enhancements designed to enhance usability and speed of the system and is available now. This new summer release incorporates expanded abilities to manage your benefits on a large scale with additional easy to use wizards for plan drops and plan transfers.

Users have always been able to view correspondence that has been sent to current employees and QBs instantly. With the July '05 release, you can easily recreate the Cobra General Notice and re-notify employees if you need to notify them yearly or if you receive a corrected address from the employee.

Expanded audit functionality was included in retroactivity entry to provide an overall view of the events that took place during the participant's lifecycle during continuation coverage.

As with all upgrades to WebCOBRA.com, there is no impact to users. The system is upgraded during off hours for all users instantly, with no need to schedule IT or experience downtime.
