Travis Software Releases TravisFlex Internet Access Module Version 7.30/8.0, with a New Look & Feel, Employer Access, and File Encryption

Houston, TX -- June 12, 2006 -- Travis Software Corp., a market leader of Advanced Employee Benefits Software Administration and provider of TravisFlex software, announced today the availability of TravisFlex Internet Access Module (TFIAM) Release 7.30/8.0, with several enhanced features for employer access, file encryption, and updated look and feel.

"We have changed the look and feel of TFIAM and made significant changes in the overall design of the Web Module to completely revamp the site for a more professional sleek look," reveals Alan H. Williams, founder and President of Travis Software Corp. "Users are also capable of easily modifying the colors of the site via the Administrator Module or completely customizing the site by modifying the Cascading Style Sheets with the help of a professional graphic designer."

TFIAM comes with completely new web pages to make online access as user friendly as possible. The availability of Quick Links increases the ease of maneuvering through the system for all users and has been added to the left hand pane of all pages to allow for easy access to frequently visited pages. In addition, users also have the ability to customize Site Security by granting view or edit access for each type of operation on the website. This is new to TFIAM 7.3/8.0 and will allow for more customization of site users.

Employers with web access can add employees, view existing employees, edit existing employee information and upload documents and forms. Users can setup an FAQ page unique to each employer. FAQs are a section of the website that will allow employees to view answers to frequently asked questions.

The TravisFlex Internet Access Module has, since its introduction, allowed administrators to secure the transmission of sensitive information from the website to the user's browser using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Travis builds on this capability with the 7.3/8.0 version with secure file encryption, allowing administrators an easier option to securing the synchronization of data from the Administrator's office to the website, sometimes over a thousand miles away. In previous versions, the administrator would need to setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to the web-server, but with 7.3/8.0 the data is secure no matter what Internet Route it takes to the web-server.

"Secure File Encryption also protects against physical data theft," says Courtney R. Reinecke, Support Director. "If a would-be hacker literally steals a hard-drive from the website, it would be useless since all data on the web from TravisFlex has been encrypted using industry standard techniques."
