Maximize your use of Travis Software Systems with help from Travis Support and Training. Available support and training tools include:
- Call to speak to a Support Team representative at 281.496.3737, and select Option 3. The Travis Support Staff is available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (CST) and can also provide a more in-depth analysis and help you address specific concerns. Average hold times are less than 30 seconds!
- Log into the Self-Service Portal anytime and create a new case or check an existing case's status. Click here to access the Self-Service Portal from the "Customer Center."
- Your system's User's Manual, which can give you a high-level overview of the system's functionality.
Travis systems are designed to be easy to learn and user-friendly. However, in many cases, it helps to have formal training designed to assist you in getting the most from your Travis system. Travis training classes are thorough and complete, providing both new and experienced users with all of the tools necessary to efficiently operate their system. If you are new to any of our systems, have new personnel, or just need a refresher, our training sessions are an excellent way to maximize the successful implementation or ongoing use of any of our systems.
For our WebCOBRA and TravisCobra systems, we offer free training classes throughout the month to keep users up-to-date with the latest system capabilities and enhancements. For WebCOBRA, we offer introductory and advanced classes, depending on your usage level and familiarity with the system.
