TravisBilling Document Storage and Retrieval (DSR)
Administrators have struggled for many years to keep track of the letters and invoices generated by the task of consolidated and direct premium billing. Many administrators print and file a separate copy of all correspondence sent to employers and their plan participants so that these documents can be reproduced at any time, but this practice creates file cabinets full of documents taking up valuable space in your office.
Travis has the answer! The TravisBilling Document Storage and Retrieval (DSR) Module allows administrators to automatically "file away" the letters, invoices and other correspondence in the TravisBilling data files themselves, allowing one-touch access to all of the documents produced by the system at a moment's notice. Documents are stored on a participant by participant basis, making the recall and reprinting of any document easier than it's ever been! No more weeding through file cabinets or searching multiple PDF files for a particular letter. Simply select the participant record and click!
The TravisBilling DSR Module also allows administrators to scan in documents for storage, so completed Enrollment Forms, premium checks and other important incoming documents can be stored in the system along with all of the outgoing correspondence. The DSR Module is simple and easy to use, allowing you to take your administration "paperless!"
