Everybody likes attending an informative and engaging user conference, but how much better is it when that conference is kicked off with a ground-breaking and industry-changing announcement? Lucky for some very happy Travisoft customers, that is exactly what happened at this year’s Travisoft + U in Houston, TX!
Clients joined us for Travisoft’s annual user conference, where we met clients face-to-face, helped with COBRA best practices and shared software updates. We also gathered valuable feedback from all attendees, helping us to better understand your perspective, put your needs first and to enhance your benefits administration experience.
This year’s event was a little different though … Travisoft underwent a leadership change in late 2017, so this was a fantastic opportunity for clients to get excited about a new chapter of innovation; focusing on software which truly impacts our customer’s day to day lives – improving both their lifestyle and job satisfaction.
What attendees did not know, is that we had not wasted any time, and intended to make a massive announcement at this year’s Travisoft + U! For years, customers have been sharing just how painful Open Enrollment season is for them, and how it becomes the most difficult time of the year to master. Often falling in fourth quarter, we have heard all too many stories of clients working late hours on Christmas Eve instead of being with their families. It’s not uncommon for open enrollment to interfere with holiday festivities and travel.
We wanted to change that and improve their Open Enrollment experience. In a swift decision to make a roadmap shift that would truly matter to people who use COBRA administration software, Travisoft launched into a full-force software development effort to streamline Open Enrollment.
On March 28, 2018 we announced the launch of the first ever COBRA Open Enrollment software! Eliminating the need for spreadsheets, countless emails and other daunting manual tasks, Travisoft Open Enrollment is a game changer. The software allows users to automate workflows and communications, while providing a customizable platform for teams to collaborate; a one-stop-shop for managing Open Enrollment.
Needless to say, clients were ecstatic at the news! The Travisoft team took the opportunity to build on the momentum; from usability presentations to best practices and training demonstrations, the team was able to connect with customers in a way not many companies have the chance to. For this reason, the 2018 Travisoft + U conference was a true success on so many levels, and we cannot wait for subsequent events in the years to come!
